Big Sandy Rural Electric Cooperative is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer.  

The CFO will have a thorough knowledge of financial and billing operations, including accounting, finance, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, strategic planning, cash management, audits and financial accounting software.

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a financial/accounting professional in a supervisory position. 
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is required. 
• Experience with an electric utility or CPA firm with utility focus is preferred. 
• Advanced degree and CPA are highly preferred.
